Questions about plans and billing
- Which plan do I need to register my company in Florida?
- Any of them. All three plans include the same Downtown Miami street address, so any of them works as principal office and mailing address on the Florida public registry (Florida Division of Corporations — Sunbiz Business Registry). What changes between plans is mail volume, scanning, and forwarding — not the address. The registered-agent line is a separate Florida address that TXO does not provide, on any plan.
- Do I need to have my company formed before I subscribe?
- No, and for most non-resident founders the address comes first. Florida requires a street address on the Articles of Organization, so you need the address before you file, not after. You can subscribe today, activate the address, and use it on the filing.
- What happens after I choose a plan?
- We schedule your USPS Form 1583 validation — a video call where you show your identification, with no notary and no trip anywhere. Once we validate the form and file it, your address is active, typically between 1 and 5 business days after you sign, depending on when you schedule the call. From that point you can use the address on your filings, your bank application, and your correspondence.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. There is no minimum contract and no lock-in — plans are month-to-month, and annual plans renew year-to-year. Write to us and we move you to another plan.
- Does it work for an online business that receives packages?
- Yes, within the package limits every plan shares: up to 10 lbs and 18". Forwarding is postage plus $10 per package on Essential and Unlimited, and included on Premier. It is a business address with package handling, not a warehouse — if you need to store or ship inventory at volume, that is a fulfillment service, not this.
